Shipping Policy
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.
At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.
Return and Exchange Policy
To return one or more items of your order, please contact us directly here.
Any problems caused by the use of a courier or a return label other than ours are not attributable to Atelier Daniela de Souza.
Your return can take up to 7 working days to be processed in our warehouse. After that, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed on the credit / debit card or the account originally used for payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you received a gift and wish to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
